Default The never ending misfire mystery

1997 Trans am

What is the problem?
The engine stutters and misfires in a few specific circumstances
When the vehicle starts after sitting it runs perfectly for approximately 2 miles.

Then when traveling at 55mph at 2000 RPM it will will drop to 1500 RPM, although no misfires are noticed.

When attempting to accelerate lightly the car will misfire. If you accelerate briskly (1/3 throttle) it will take off with no missing.

You can drive at 55mph steadily with no misfires

you can accelerate lightly and drive naturally at low speeds (around town) with no issue.

A hesitation can also be felt at 4-5000 RPM traveling from 70-90MPH

The miss is only noticeable during these times. You can put it in park and rev it with no issues....

What parts have been replaced?
Fuel Pump
Opti Spark
plugs and wires
EGR valve
Crankshaft position sensor

What codes are being thrown?
P0336
P1441
