are the stock caprice exhaust manifolds the same as a Camaro? both are 1994

don't care about heat shields. just the fitment of them going onto a Camaro and a stock fbody y pipe fitting on it properly.

Yep just the shielding is different. I have a few sets of each and layed them out, the only difference I see are between years (besides the shielding already mentioned).

My 95 had the impala/ caprice manifolds on it until I put the lts on, that's the way I bought it and never had an issue.
