Probably 330whp. Many questionable components there aren't helping your horsepower cause much.

The Howards cams are unpopular in an LT1, especially when there are dozens of other PROVEN performers for the same price.

Proform rockers are a risk. They're the cheapest Chinese rockers you can get. Failures are pretty common.

Gasket-matching is a HUGE no-no. You create port turbulence by expanding the port shape then contracting it. Bad for power and port velocity.

Stock 2.73s and that cam will be a dog. It'll be even worse with the stock converter.

A 58mm throttle body is completely overkill and a waste of $, unfortunately. A stock TB will support your HP level and then some, without the idle quality issues common with aftermarket throttle bodies.

Other than that, everything else looks good.

What's the duration on the cam? I'd say 325rwhp with the converter unlocked. Given the info you gave us..
