Default My 350" went 9.99

Like it says. Stock TB, stock compression, valve sizes, port volumes. Best it's gone so far. Pretty pleased. Going to be as quick as my 383" if everything goes well. Did that at the NHRA points race at Ennis, TX this past Sat.

Oops! Gotta change my sig now. LOL

Very nice! I'm slightly jealous, but I know you have more time in the car than I do. Either way Congrats! That just goes to show that the older engines can still put up a fight.

Any chance you could share a little more info on the flow numbers of the heads, cam spec and dyno results LOL. I'd say a tad more than 275hp.

Thanks! Running a little heavy (3325) to calm it down. And, yes. I have been hearing about it. LOL

Port volumes we are restricted to are 175 CC intakes, 68 CC ex, stock dia valves, compression, etc. Just ran out of time, has not been on the dyno this time. Seated the rings at the track. Thin oil, cold water, MT tires, at min wt (3235) 9.80s would have been no problem. It had (still has) 8 qts of 30 wt break-in oil in the pan, 9 with the filter.
More to heads than CFM. More to velocity maps and air speed. Comparing flow CFM numbers don't tell you much about how fast it will run.

I'm really tickled with it. Thanks for the atta boys guys!

Have a set of Jessel 1.8-1 intake rockers for an LT1 if anybody's looking.

Thanks!

I don't know that either one is better than the other. They are classified lbs per HP. To run the same class the LS1 would have to be much heavier.

I don't really watch a lot of Stock, just cars I'm working with, and my friends when they are running. About all I can do to keep up with my ****. LOL
