Any local shop with a frame rack could straighten the rear out fairly easy....most of what your seeing in the quarters will disappear just from the pull. Its a pretty easy fix for a totalled car. Just letting you know in case it has any sentimental value to you....
Hate to see it. Good luck

Well, it's easy for us to say it is not that bad HOWEVER, insurance companies are QUICK to total out any car 10 years old or more they most likely will total it but make sure you can buy it back from them usually 500.00 gets it back.... Then you can decide if a new shell is easier than repairing yours.. Man, I sure hate to see this hopefully you did Not get injured.

The frame might be bent. Fight as much as you can. Make sure your insurance knows how much the car is worth to you. Any receipts will help back that up as well. Put up a big stink and chances are they will at least take it to a body shop to assess it before they up and say its gone. But you will have the option to buying back. Depending on what's in your car that might be an option too. Lol

Same way I lost my 2002 trans am. Sorry man. My car looked good too but was about 5 inches shorter than before fyi they totaled it...
Is any part of the car bent or gaps where you open the door (does it still open fine) and the frame comes together? When the adjuster came to look at my car he said that's a dead give away for them to total "these cars"

insurance companies are supposed to give you replacement value for the vehicle...it all depends on how hard you fight to get it. I have negotiated retail replacement price + TT&L for a completely OE vehicle and over $21k for an 86 Honda CRX back in the mid 90s due to complete repair records and receipts for the huge stereo system in the vehicle.

My car was hit in the front bumper 3 times and rear ended once. Never my fault on any of it. In every indecent I was stationary. The insurance lady couldn't find my car model because she thought it was a 94 SS. She told me that it was worth full value . I kind of laughed at that since I knew that meant nothing over 5k. When the ordered the parts they put on a non OEM fender and hood. They will do anything to keep from buying the right parts. Then last summer I had some punk kids total the outside of the car. I could fix it, but all the parts I find in my area are used up junk.
