Default Ford injectors on LT!?

I've read Ford makes really good injectors. Which style fits our LTs? Opinions? I wanna run 30lb with my head/cam/rocker swap and I do know iIhave to have it tuned for them. Thanks!

The same ones that fit an old 5.0 Mustang. And, Ford doesn't make them. They are Bosch.

Would you recommend a fuel pump upgrade at all? Cars got 123k on it I have no problems but never changed it

We don't know how many times it has been run low on fuel (pump killer, never let it get below 1/4 tank) or how much dirty fuel has been through it. If you just have a head & cam car it may be OK. If I was going to change it I would put a new GM pump back in it. Your probably OK. If fuel pressure doesn't fall off at high RPM, your OK. My 383" ran nines over 135 MPH on a 120,000 mile pump, all stock fuel lines and regulator. A lot of that stuff gets bought for zero gain.
Good luck.

Well the 93 came with 22lb injectors so mine are small. I'm putting a pretty large cam in it plus big heads and 1.6 roller rockers so I'm gonna be moving a lot more air. I can't stick with my 22lb for this set up. I could go to 24 but not much of a difference. I'vetalked to a few people about it said 30lb would be good wwon't be too high duty cycle or whatever
