LT4 bogs down, SES light on intermittently

LT4 bogs down, SES light on intermittently My 1996 Corvette LT4 SES light came on last week, went off after 10 miles,then came back on. Applying more then about 1/4 throttle causes car to "bog down".

Get it scanned first off for codes, lots of things can cause these motors to bog down and not run right. Anything done to it, miles, has it been sitting a lot, stored properly etc?

Code is P0151. Low voltage to O2 sensor 1 right side. Car has 90k miles, driven almost daily.
Totally stock and is garaged. Altitude here is 8500 feet but car has been up here for many years with no problems.
