Default maxing 30lb injectors???

I was working on my tune today trying to get my afr around 13.1:1 got it at 13.8:1 as we speak which is still to lean, but while logging a couple of runs my injectors where hitting 108% dtc. Could this be due to the tune or do I need bigger injectors?

What is the engine setup?
30lbs will handle a lot more than most folks think.

Ill try and borrow my buddies gauge today to test. Do I need to somehow strap it to the windshield or will revving wot work the same?

Only valid test is loaded WOT. I have a 6' hose on mine, I tape it to the windshield, with the hood on the first latch if it pinches the hose shut fully. Most cars are OK with the hood fully latched. You should have 45 to 47 psi all the way up. The 30 to 33 you mentioned makes me think you have fuel pressure problems.

Ill be able to run it under the cowl hood. I think my tune is just way off. I have been modifying my old cam only dyno tune, the car drove good with it, but was extremely lean at wot. My wideband was seeing 15.3:1.... I done a pull a few minutes ago after I adjusted it and am pulling 13.1-13.2:1 and I am good with that, but as soon as my buddy gets off work ill go get his gauge to verify

Ed nailed it, I have fueling issues...42psi at idle and as soon as I get in the throttle drops to 30psi... The walbro 255 doesn't have 5000 miles on it, but the car has been setting for a few years... Should I go back with a walbro or racetronic or what does everybody recommend?

Might check the filter and for kinks in the fuel lines. I would not put another Walbro in it. Quit haring them in my shop. Too many comebacks. Little old ladies get real cranky when they have to call a wrecker because their new fuel pump died. Might verify Racetronuc is not made by Walbro. Bendix, Borgwarner, AC Delco pumps for non-GM apps, and Chrysler factory pumps (when I closed the repair shop) all said Walbro on them.

Why not a new stock GM pump? I made 530+ rwhp and ran nines with a stock GM pump, fuel filter and all stock fuel lines, rails and regulator.

I see a lot of you guys "mod" **** that makes problems, but runs no faster. Spend your money on something that produces results. No more than you have there, if it turns out to be the pump, I would put a new stock GM pump back in it.

I plan on spraying the car, do you think that a stock pump will be fine for that?

Guys do it all the time. If you think you need more pump you might think about an LS1 or LS6 pump mounted to your gauge unit.
Hell, I sprayed mine one weekend with no problems. Pressure was steady. 383" with 42 lb injectors. After I went to the FAST ECU, I was shifting it at 8000, (na) and had plenty of fuel.
