Removing t-top headliner,

Removing t-top headliner,
Quick question:
Do you need to remove the huge B Pillar panel to get the headliner out?
I know you have to remove the visors, the seatbelt squares, and the rear dome light, but what about the a-pillars and the big inner panels with the speaker grilles?
I'd like to re-cover mine, as its pretty jacked up and falling all over.

No you don't, I replaced mine a while back (t-top car); you might just want to get a ABS reproduction one instead of trying to recover the stock one....the cardboard backing it's made out of was disentegrated to hell after 17 years and very flimsy. The new one looks 100% better and no sagging.

I have a hardtop, not t-top, car, and I replaced the headliner with an ABS reproduction piece. I like the fit of the ABS piece, but it's significantly heavier that the OE piece, and I wound up using several of the plastic "push in buttons", in order to keep the liner tight to the roof....
