Default Flat, Dished or Domed Pistons?

I am currently having the machine work done to my block. I am going 383 with all forged internals (crank, H Beam rods, pistons). But when it comes to the pistons I am kinda stuck on figuring out which style of piston to go with. Its a Street/strip car. I want to get the most hp out of it while being able to run 93 octane. Point me in the right direction if im going wrong. . . . . Thanks for the help!
