Default 93 camaro LT1 sputters under acceleration. please help!!

My camaro just started acting up the other day and i have no clue what the
Problem is.
1. When I go from park, to reverse or drive it bogs down quite a bit and kinda
Shakes the car, about 800 rpm in park. 600 to 500 in reverse or drive. And when
It put it back in park it goes up to 1200 rpms then back to 800.

2. If im in drive, no matter what speed, and I give it gas, it sputteres and my rpms raise and I hear a clicking noise in the engine, but after 2500 rpms it goes away. Or if im doing 60 mph and let off the gas, the just touch the accelorater a little bit, you can feel it shake, then it goes away after I let off the gas. One time i was at a stop sign and I punched the gas and it stalled out.

I already replaced the icm, coolant sensors, plugs and wires. The guy that owned it before me ran really rich you could tell by the spark plugs.

It seems to be really bad when it gets warm, which leads me to believe its icm again.

Also, i don't know if a bad battery would cause the icm to malfunction but my battery has died twice and I've only had it 75% charged, so could this be the issue? A bad cat? Or fuel filter? Please help me!!

Cat has nothing to do with it, what are your mods? How old is the opti? Have you checked fuel pressure? Any SES lights?

My fuel pressure is around 40 - 41, my opti was changed six months ago, along with wires. I replaced spark plugs due to running rich. I'll check if I'm still running rich and tell you later and also tell you what my fuel pressure is at wot. I'm having orielys test my icm in about 3 hours too. No modifications, and ses light.

Could be your O2 sensor(s) if it only does it when its warm. Your O2 sensors aren't used until the car reaches operating temp. and then they go into closed loop.

It also could be a cat, not likely but it could be. If a cat is clogged bad enough, exhaust will revert back to the engine. Had it happen on a truck, but you could hear a ticking noise coming from the intake. But again, not likely

Went to orielys, checked icm 5 times. It cleared the test. I checked fuel pressure. It is at 35 psi which i think is quite low. And might be the reason its running like it is. When I free rev, if i punch the gas, it sputters until 1800 rpms. And no check engine light

You need to data log it. Does it have any problems with the speedometer? There's a lot to think about with the older engine management. Don't forget the MAP and AIT sensors. Both are very important in the SD tuning. I had different problems that caused me to believe it was the ignition but it turned out to be the ECM.

I'll keep that in mind. I just bought a new fuel pump from napa that now goes through a company that their pumps are very reasonable. 55$ not bad but ill put this in sunday and see if my fuel pump is the reason. If you have any more ideas on what it could be please let me know, as there is a lot to learn about these LT1s

My buddys 96 Bird was sputtering terrible. Started simple and changed the fuel filter, no more sputter.

I tried knocking on the cat to see if I could hear anything that might be lose but she sounds good, I got plenty of flow coming out of the exhaust, it looks like the fuel filter was changed recently no sign of rust or anything looks brand new. I'll take it off and blow through it and see if there is any resistance. I said my fuel pressure was at 35psi engine running and would barely move when giving it gas, at key on engine off it was like 15 psi. Doesn't that seem low??
