Default Stall/Gear Q's

So I'll be getting another LT1 car in the next couple of weeks. My last one was an M6 with bolt ons and 3.73s. It ran 13.4 on mismatched street tires. Anyways, I want an A4 this time. I will have roughly 1500$ left to spend after purchasing the car. I was thinking gears and stall maybe nitrous if I can scrape up enough extra cash. Probably going to run a Yank 3600 or similar with 3.73s. What can I expect in the 1/4 with only the stall and gears? I'm thinking low 13's? That is before I gut the fat bastard and N2O. Is that a reasonable expectation?

Low 13s is very reasonable with all supporting mods (intake, exhaust, headers, at least LCAs and TQ arm for suspension, a good tire, etc).

With bolt-ons + 3200 stall and DRs I ran 12.8s with a tired old ~145k engine, and some have gone a lot faster with similar mods.
