Hello everyone, I have to say this forum has helped me a lot. I have a 94 firebird and a 97 trans am. The trans am is in bad condition, but the engine and transmission were rebuilt. I got the trans am because I wanted to swap my old v6 for the lt1. From this forum I have pulled the engine changed my gauges and have everything pretty much ready to go other than the obd2 port. I am not sure where it goes from the plug right under the dash. I am curious if I can cut the plug and add a few wires or if I can track the other end to another plug. I would hope it is it's own separate set of wires. I am willing to pull the entire harness but I'd prefer the 94 because it's in better condition. Thank you all for your time and input.
