Default Building a lt1 for a z28 help

I have a 93 lt1 motor. If i were to get a ported intake, holley 52mm throtle body, deck the heads, get a nice cam, headers and full exaust. How much extra horse power will i get from doing that?

The 93 intake ports are already larger than the head ports so I don't know why you are assuming porting the in take is a good idea.
Your user name suggests 94 you know the 93 intake doesn't fit with a 94 fuel rail right?
The Holley TBs are expensive and known to have sticking issues as well as the IAC issues all the other aftermarket TBs have, if you want a 52mm then a rebored stocker is a vastly better choice.

"nice" isn't a cam spec.
BEFORE a cam you need gears with a M6 3.73s if a 93 T56 and 4.10s if the taller OD 94 and later unit.
If A4 then you need gears and stall FIRST.

with those vague numbers ill give you a vague answer, if you are lucky 30 hp at the rear wheels and thats if you get a decent cam with like 220/230 duration and full exhaust, what does full exhaust mean? is there going to be converters on it? and you better get it tuned! so will all this and a tune prolly 30rwhp

First off, incase your a sbc guy or don't already know, you NEED a tune if you do any cam or injector changes. Period. Don't even start it without a mail order. Second, gonna say this right now, don't just pick up a summit catalog and start ordering parts. You have ALOT to learn from forums like this one. Find a good build thread in your budget and emulate that. Third, ANY cam change requires new valvesprings, stockers can't handle anything more than stock lift. Even just adding 1.6 rockers requires new springs. A 52 or any new throttle body is pointless under 400rwhp. You need to step back and start reading.

To answer your question, assuming the average stock m6 dyno of 270rwhp, I've seen anywhere from LOSING hp to gains of 150rwhp by doing heads and cam. Guys who do botched home port gasket matching jobs and a big cam with no tune on stock valvesprings and shorty headers losing 10-30hp, to properly built with long tubes, injectors, tune AI 200cc ported stock castings gaining 140-160 from what a stock m6 lt1 puts down making 425rwhp.
