Most hp lt1
Anyone know who has the most hp for a na lt1 that has a stock bottom end(stock bore, stock pistons, stock rods, stock crank, arp bolts ok), "stock" heads(stockers ported ok), cammed, and bolt on lt1?

There isn't some magical combo that will make a bolt-on car make a bunch more hp then another. There will be some variance of course, but when we are dealing with stock motors and just bolt-ons there is only so much you can do. It's not exactly something to brag about since all bolt-on LT1s will not make much power - that is why we have a fastest bolt-on list, but not a highest dyno chart bolt-on list .
Then you have a lot of vague definitions of bolt-ons and stock heads...are upgraded valve springs still stock heads if they let you rev farther? If your head surface is scratched and you have them milled, are they still stock heads? Are roller rockers a bolt-on? If you rebuild your motor and reuse all the original rotating assembly but use upgraded rod bolts is it still stock bottom end?
Kind of a loaded question...that is why its always best to shoot for an ET goal instead of a HP one.

Sorry soulda also said, you can have a different cam.
Mine probably wouldnt be the fastest because im full weight and not a potato chip.
Bmx, why the hate? Tuner makes the combo work. Bad tuner=crappy numbers

Im going by racing terms, as long as it has stock rotating assembly, stock ported heads and not aftermarket, and as far as hardware goes it doesnt matter. Shoulda been more technical. To answer most your questions is yes

one of these threads seems to get posted at least once a month. I never understand why people make a big deal who makes the most hp or who is the fastest on the stock bottom end or heads. Whats the deal?

Buddy of mine has a stock bottom end (rebalanced after it blew the first time), stock heads with bowl work, cam, slight intake port job, 24X conversion and a tune through a 6 speed put down 401rwhp 380rwtq in a 95 Z28 daily beaten driver.
His car is my inspiration for a "simple" build that proves it's not the $$ you put in, but the knowledge of putting together the RIGHT parts.

So the "rules" are cam-only, stock internals, with ported (but only stock-cast ported) heads? That's a pretty specific setup to "compete" in lol.
AI and LE ported heads commonly make 390+rwhp with a decent cam. There's even real world examples of 420+rwhp on their websites...Anything at or over 400rwhp would be around 500 crank in an automatic car.
What about GM LT4 heads? they're stock heads. They typically make more HP than LT1 heads as well.
Long story short...no, OP, you don't hold a record.
