Anyone know the part # or where I can get the speedi sleeve for my crankshaft hub?

Found a few threads but nothing I found saying what size or part number sleeve for the lt1 crank hub.

The two Nationals and the Master Pro are the same part numbers 88176, the National p/n 5000 includes a new seal. Rock Auto lists the same part numbers for your car. If you have a dial calliper you can measure your hub to double check.
