Default turn signal help!

Im having a problem with the right front turn signal not working. The left side works fine and when i do the hazzards all work but right front. It started working on and off and for the last two months nothing but a solid light on the dash and nothing on right front. Ive done a search and checked the ground, replaced the socket and buld now im out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
Sorry forgot to mention its a 93 camaro z28

Had this exact same problem. Check out the black ground wire on the passenger side marker light. Turn that signal on and wiggle the ground and see if works. Mine was loose in the socket and would lose contact and not flash until I wiggled it just right. I guarantee this is the issue.

EDIT: Whoops didn't read good enough that you checked the ground. That's the only issue I can think of. I would chase that ground to make sure it doesn't have a break in it.
