Just run 5/16" spacers with conical shank lugs and you should be set. Make sure you get the proper backspace too..

The 15x4 are 1.75" backspacing
15x8 is 4.50" . Really dont want to run spacers unless i have to 😒. Ive.heard of.people grinding the.calipers some if i do that will i still need spacers?

You should have gotten 5.5" BS for the rear. Your going to need rear spacers now with the 4.5" BS you ordered..

I would still suggest the 275/50. The 275/60 is a 28" tire that balloons under acceleration. This will cause slight rubbing, usually around the back if the wheel well on the bumper cover. The 26" tire doesn't grow enough to cause problems and will give a bit better acceleration down the 1/4 mile. The 28" is good for bringing up the mph tho. I too thought about going to a 28" tire, but I don't feel like clearencing the body to keep my et the same with a bit more mph. I like my 12.9's at 103 before the gear swap. Once the snow melts I should be right around 12.7's at the same mph. Unless you want to put 4.11's in the rear I would stick to a 275/50.
