Default not charging battery

My voltage gauge reads right under the beginning of the red line. I have had my alternator checked a few times and also replaces the plug that connects to the alt. Any idea what else i should check? thanks for the input.

Is the Alt original? It could be a bad regulator if the Batt will hold a charge.

Original to me. The regulator is inside the alt, correct? Thats what the plug on the back side of the alt is for? Or soni assumed.

If there isn't any power going to the little wire that plugs into the alternator, it won't charge.

^^^ And it should read a consistent voltage of around 14.5 volts. If it fluctuates then most likely the alt. is bad.
