How do these look?

How do these look?
I picked up a set of used heads from a local friend and member of the boards. He came over to the garage one evening and checked out the 383 sitting on my stand and mentioned that it looked like I was gonna need a set of heads. Coincidentally, he had a set of used LE2 heads he had forgotten about that were sitting in the back of his Volkswagon. Lol. So I snatched them up and it turns out they were nasty with carbon buildup and such.
Luckily, a good friend over at Excessive Racing here in Houston told me he could rejuvenate them, and boy did he. I cant even describe the difference from when I gave them to him.
Was wondering if anybody could confirm these as original LE2's, or give some input on how effective these may be on my build by pictures alone, still waiting on flow numbers

I doubt anyone can tell just by looking at the porting, they are done by hand, so each one will have slight variances. He supposedly stamps "LE2" on them. Does your friend not have any receipts, email correspondence, flow sheet ect. for them? He may have just said that for a quick sale to hose you! Good luck on the flow numbers!

These were quite a few years old, I never expected receipts or flow numbers when I bought them. Plus, simply the springs and rocker studs installed on them would have cost more than what he offered them to me for.
Numbers for them will be here soon, so I guess I will see what I'm looking at then.

I have le2's that were done before he started stamping them, and they have ferrea valves, which he doesn't use anymore. I took mine to him to have them verified, but you could possibly email him and ask for specs and then measure the porting yourself, or ask if there are any small specific things he does to them so you'll be able to tell
