Hi guys, thread title says basically what I'm trying to do. I've got the dash out but still have the HVAC box in (which I am leaving).

I want to enlarge the hole where the wires run behind the PCM and I'm trying to do it from inside the car - but the blower motor housing/box is in the way. I can *probably* get around it with a drill extension and all, but before I do that is the housing for it removable or is it all part of the HVAC box in one piece? It appears to be one piece but anyone know?

The box is a big ole box. The blower motor bolts up to it. Pulling the box is easy, just pull the dash
