Default Stock LS1 fuel injectors OK for LT1?

Guys I have a set of take off from my 2000 SS that are stock.

I'm upgrading my 95Z28 to an LE1 setup.

Would these work well? Stock LS1 injectors are 28.5 lbs/hr right? And LT1 stock injectors are rated at 24?

Thanks in advance-

No problem I ran them for years, you will need to make sure they are seated properly since they are just a little bit shorter than Lt1 injectors. BTW I had the 28 lbs

^^^ what he said

They probably flow even with stock considering LT1 rail pressure is 43.5 psi.

Right.

Only difference is my stocks from the LT1 have 150k miles on them. The LS1 set has 27k.

Was trying to save a few bucks.

So would I just have ION do my tune for stock injectors? Even if I use the LS1 set?

No, the flow and offsets will probably be different between the two.

I swapped mine for the same reason. I spoke to ION(madtuner) about the swap and he said the PCM nor the motor will even notice them in there.

Spoke with Ion and it looks like the best bet is some #30 SVO's.

Not that the LS1 injectors will not work, but its not worth the possible tuning issues, since there wouldn't be any performance gained from the swap.

Thanks for the helps guys.

FWIW, a number of years ago SLP was having a "close out sale" on LS1 injectors that they claimed were 100% compatible with the LT1 Camaros and Firebirds. The price was really right, so I bought a set, and they've been sitting in my basement ever since. I spoke with their "tech rep" on the phone, before placing the order, and he swore up and down, they'd work just fine...
