People on this site are so moody.. and 200+ ppl looked at it.. what's ppl scared to be wrong? I ask a question and follow up later with time.. so next person with my question has some references. . They ain't many info on le cam. I have found.

No one is "moody". It's just hard for anyone to say what a car they've never seen or heard of will run on a specific track on a specific day with just a short list of mods as their only clue.
To answer your question, I would say it's "possible" for a setup like yours to break into the 11s at a sticky track in great air. In average conditions most well-sorted setups similar to yours amount to a 12.0-12.4 car at around 109-112 mph.
If you really want to tip the odds in your favor, you'll want some lightweight big 'n little drag wheels and other simple weight reduction measures, such as removing the rear and passenger seats, sparetire/jack, front bumper supports, and convert the exhaust to bullets and turn-downs in front of the rear axle.
You'll also want to make sure your suspension is working well, i.e. no worn-out shocks, some good LCAs/relo brackets, and a good torque arm and panhard bar.
Let us know what it makes on the dyno and then go run it...

If you have a shitty tune and shitty supporting mods and granny shift not double clutchin like you should, dude I almost had you, you never had your car, then no you won't get 11s, you owe me a 10 second car NAWWWWWZZZZZZ!!!!!
But if you set it up right and drive right and shift around 6700 with that cam yes you'll have 11s.

Dude....it's hard to make assumptions on what YOUR car will run when we aren't the ones who built it or are running the car. The only way to get an answer to your question is to take it to the track yourself. Understand that people come in here all the time making the same posts about "WHAT'S MY HORSEPOWER??" WHAT WILL IT RUN???" We can only make guesses until you guys get it put together and run it and/or get it tuned. I realize there are cars on here that have similar setups and it's a good reference point but it's not a guarantee yours will run the same. Too many variables.
Exactly, No two drivers are alike, no two cars are alike, when we had the shop, Two brothers had exact same cars, same exact mods, but one made 20 More RWHP. A friend of mine had a automatic car, when he drove it it ran consistent 12.25, when I drove his car, it ran 12.10. why? driver..So no one can tell you what you are wanting...Like said, go tune it, run it, then tell us..

Lol.. Everyone is right no one knows.. no two cars are alike.. but i give a base line and one upgrade.. i was running 12.2xx (7.833) with small cc 305.. so with custom cam/good tune is 2-3 tenths out of the question with the new cam.. I will run it and see.. my goal is that 11.999 mark..
Note I had 3/4 tank of gas on the 7.833.. so 50lbs + extra gas weight..
