LT1-LT4 Modifications 1993-97 Gen II Small Block V8

Seems like the drivability is a bit better with the AC turned on.

Default Seems like the drivability is a bit better with the AC turned on.

It would appear that the tune for my engine is pretty good meaning no split or wild *** BLMs in general. The overall NON WOT driveability of the car is very good, but it seems to be even better when the AC is turned on. I assume this could be the additional load to the motor at very low RPMs and the added fuel being delivered.

It simply just drives a bit smoother with the AC running.

Anyone else ever experience with this?

Mine did this for a little while too. The extra steps the IAC adds with the AC on helped with drivability off idle (like from a stop). I had to adjust my VE table to fix it. Now AC on or off makes no difference.
