Default Flexplate question

How do I know if I should go with an internally or externally balanced flex plate? The motor is a 355 with forged eagle rotating assembly. Idk if it was zero balanced but in the description of the motor it says it was balanced so idk if that means it was zero balanced so I have to find a special flexplate or what.

If the engine was balanced, you will use a zero balance flex plate.
An unbalanced stock rotating assembly needs an externally balanced flex plate.
