IAC isn't working; need suggestions, help...
Hi guys. I posted this thread on the corvetteforum:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-t...f-the-gas.html
Anyhow, the car sat for a while and now dies everytime upon letting off the gas. I checked datamaster and the iac says 160 all the time. Usually it readys between about 50 and 95 when driving the car according to my datalogs.
I replaced the iac and it still is going it. The speedo is hooked up and registering according to datamaster, but it's pegged even when in park.
Anyone have a wiring schematic or know of what could cause this?

Like someone said in your other thread. It's running rich. The IAC steps are going go up to try to get in more air because of that. It's doing what it is supposed to do. Your other thread said no fuel in the regulator vacuum line. What is your fuel pressure and do you have any leaking or stuck injectors? Are your O2s working correctly?
