Looks similar to the Hotcam, a little more lift and LSA and likely better ramps. But should drive very similar.

I have experience with neither, but those with a Hotcam can chime in or you can google that one too.

This one is better than the Hotcam if for the lobe profiles alone.

I have one in my 383. Very tame cam with a slight idle "note". Makes great TQ

I live in California so smog is a reality. Passes with no problems

If you are looking for a poser cam with a choppy idle/sound, this is not the cam

If you want great drivability, TQ and good HP throughout the RPM range, it is good.

Are there other cams that make more power, yes.

I am looking for a cam for a stock bottom end with AFR 195 heads, with a 3200 stall, LT's with a CAI, Flowmaster catback and 323's in the rear. The heads are not ported or anything this car is mostly going to be street driven with a trip or two at the track. So i thought this cam would work well for me.

It's a decent street cam, back in the day I had full bolt ons, hot cam, 2800 stall & ran 12.6 all day

I'd run the Comp Cam 503 with those 195 AFR heads
