Default Window motor wire harness

Seems I remember a conversation about an aftermarket wire harness that would replace or work with the stock harness to help power the window motors with the correct voltage and amperage so they don't move up and down at a snails pace.
Can anyone help me with a link to parts and elaborate on this topic so I can understand how this works exactly?
Thanks

I just bought one of these kits a week ago to try. Good looking, quality stuff. Haven't installed it yet so can't speak for function. If it works well I'll pick up the other.
