Default Anyone need any bad *** pistons and rods? Callies rods - JE 2618 Extreme Duty Pistons

I had this up in the FS section but it was buried quickly.

I have a complete set of Callies H-Beam rods (Part# CSA5700DS2A2AH) and JE Extreme Duty 2618 pistons (Part# 131631) for sale.

Links to specs:
http://www.jepistons.com/Products/131631.aspx
http://www.callies.com/compstar/connecting-rods/h-beam/

The rods are in excellent condition and include ARP 2000 bolts. The pistons are in good shape as well with no signs of detonation or abnormal wear.

All components have roughly 6,000 miles on them and have served me well in my blown 383. I wish I could have reused them but I am switching things around and going to a different rod/piston combo (different CR, etc). I'm looking to find a good home for these parts. Everything was pulled in working condition. I can take any additional pics upon request.

Prices are below (OBO):
Pistons with pins - $old
Rods - $470

I Wish I could take those off your hands but I'm getting married in less then a month so I'm strapped for cash right now.

What is the street life of a 2618 piston? I know they are soft and ring grooves wear faster than other alloys, but how fast?

I don't believe there will be a clean cut answer on this based on the number of variables involved. Some folks consider hours of use vs miles. When I did my research before buying, it wasn't considered unreasonable to assume 30-50k plus miles of life. Obviously there will be factors extending and shortening the life. I would have loved to keep these since it would have saved me a considerable amount of money and they can clearly handle a significant amount of power. The pistons and rods have been inspected prior to posting the sale to make sure the next owner would be pleased with them.
