Engine stalls after closing throttle fast
I am having a problem all of a sudden where if I am getting on the throttle kinda hard (1/2 or more) and get out of the throttle quickly, I hear the serpentine belt squeal and the engine stalls immediately. The belt squeal I've heard before, it does it when I let out of the throttle after doing a burnout.
The only thing I've done recently is changed the spark plugs the day before this started happening. I went from TR6 to BR7EF. Car drives perfectly when driving normal, only does it if I snap the throttle shut at higher rpm. I'm not sure if this is caused by the plug swap, or if it's just coincidence, but it's got me scratching my head.
I havetunercat and datamaster if there's something I can check and correct in the tune, but I'll admit I have no clue what I'm doing as far as tuning. Car was tuned a couple years ago on the dyno by Ion MadZ28.

Finally got time to try and datalog today to see what the iac is doing. I forgot to add to the original post there was no SES.
I had my laptop hooked up and datamaster running to do the logging. Tried to start the car, no start. Noticed I had a DTC so I checked it - DTC16. Cleared it, tried to start car, no start and DTC16 again. Ugh...

When the PCM can't find the low res pulse (DTC 16) it shuts down the fuel system - pump and injectors.
Clear the codes (pull the "PCM BAT" fuse for 30 seconds) and see how fast they come back. If it dies, and sets DTC 16 at the same time, it will confirm the problem with the optical module or the wiring to the Opti.

Ok, so here's a question, could dtc16 throw if the engine turns over too slow? My battery is fully charged, engine turns over slow like twice then clicks like dead battery. I replaced the starter 2 years ago with a used but low mile starter, but the battery cables are the originals with 240k miles.
