Default Chugging at low rpm unless I punch it...

Ok so I have a 76 datsun 280z swapped with an lt1 from a 93 vette. I know it was a bad idea but I used a pressure washer on the engine like I've done a few times before.... As soon as I left the car wash it started chugging really bad at low rpm... If I step on the gas it will smooth out until the engine "catches up" then it will chug bad again. Its like its only if theres not a hard load on the engine. I know the first thing that people are going to say as soon as they see pressure washer and lt1. Opti is shot, but heres the really strange thing. I disconnected both o2 sensors and it runs just fine. If I plug the passenger side o2 in it will run fine but the driver side o2 connected makes it run like crap again... at first it was throwing a code 22 (tps) but once I dried it out and reset the ecu that one went away and stayed gone. now the only code I get is 65 with both o2 sensors connected and code 13 if I have the o2 sensor on the driver side unhooked. if its the opti, so be it. Ill put a new one on, but I'd like to make sure before I spend the cash. I've had the opti off before and I opened it up and sealed it really good with ultra black rtv before I reinstalled it. Any ideas?
:edit: I forgot one more thing. With both o2 sensors hooked up , it will run fine for about 20 seconds or so before it starts it's problems

PCM doesnt look at the O2 sensors at WOT. Replace your O2s.

Ok I'll try that first. Looks like bosch sensors in there now.. Could the car wash have messed up the o2 sensors? I swapped the map sensor with a known good one and no change . Even sprayed down the intake with carb cleaner looking for vacuum leaks and nothing. I'll try swapping out the o2s today.

I just disconnected the o2 sensors and turned the key on. I tested the voltage coming out of the pcm to the sensors and the driver side is .4 volts and the passenger side is .6, Is this normal?
