Four Piston Baer /Alcon F-Body Front Brake Retro-kit.
I've got this over in the Suspension Section, but I thought I might get lucky here.
Anyone have any experience installing this setup?
They're a four Piston Alcon Caliper with a massive rotor. There's a bracket that seems to bolt flush up to the Spindle, but I can't see a way that this thing fits...
The adapter plate/bracket has a whole for the old Anti-lock sensor, (which I'm not using anymore) but where it seems to me that it has to go, the caliper does not line up with the rotor. And the hole is not big enough for the axel/spindle to slide through it.
Is there an Axle Spindle that does NOT slide into the suspension component that it bolts to?
I freely admit that the problem could very well be ME and probably is... so if there's anyone in the forum who's mounted a set of these up, and could help a brother out, I'd sure 'preciate it.
