Default Nitrous tune question

I'm getting my camaro tuned for nitrous around June as a college graduation present from my parents. Before they pay for it and set everything up I wanna know if it'll affect the street driving such as poor throttle response, running sluggish, etc...I greatly appreciate it!

Well if you do not have a separate ignition box to pull timing yes the car will be a bit slower on motor as you will have to pull timing to the amount of nitrous your spraying.

Might want to look into a mallory box or digital 6 box to pull timing. That way you can make adjustments to the timing very easily versus going into the tune and doing it which would require you to to the shop every time you want the timing manipulated

If you use a timing retard box and proper wet system there is no effect on NA performance.

I know this may be a bad idea, but it's a stock LT1 with a 150 shot and I don't have enough money for a mallory box or an MSD digital 6 box lol

Then don't do it.
The most I would try without a window switch and pulling timing from the stock program is a 75 shot. And that's only if it's an A4. With M6, you'll end up with a pile of junk if you don't run a window switch.
Regardless, you have to run a WOT switch.
