Or has any experience with how close to stock it sounds with LTs, ORY, Magnaflow

Raise the idle a little and it can be smoothed enough to pass for stock, a friend who street races did that.

I had this with longtubes and ORY. I think my idle was set to 750rpm IIRC and you really had to listen for a lope at idle.
