Default High School Senior Project finally up and Running!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-Qi...ature=youtu.be

Finally got my car up and running! So awesome to hear the car run after the countless hours I have put into it. Just have to finish up the body work and paint in the next 2 weeks for the car to be done on time. Heres some of what I did.
Engine
- cc503
- 1.6 scorpion SA rockers
- Crane dual valve springs
- Trickflow 7.100 pushrods
- all new gaskets
- GM white oil pressure spring
- MSD blaster coil
- Car is untuned still. Will get it tuned ASAP

Exhaust
- TSP longtubes (great bang for the buck)!!!
- Custom exhaust ( 3in. y-pipe into Flowmaster merge into a 4 in. bullet dumped)

Suspension
-BMR lowering springs
- Bilstein shocks
- Founders strut tower brace, panhard bar, LCA's, and LCA relocation brackets
- 3.73 rear end

Car is open headers in the video. (a 45 degree pipe is bolted up to the headers to get some distance from the outside air and the 02 sensors)

Will post pics and an exhaust video when the car is done.

Can you post some installed pics of the headers? I've been looking to get a set but wasn't sure how the fitment would be. Thanks.

Ya, I'll get a pick after school. I had to open the holes up on the mounting flange a little bit. I also had to grind down the bracket that goes from the engine to the motor mount on the passenger side. Other than that, I am pretty happy with them.

The main issue I forgot to mention with these headers is how tight the drivers side collector tucks up. I had to clearance the body crossmember because a pipe wouldn't slide over the collector with how high up it was. It ended up working out pretty good though. You can see in the picture how the fuel lines were tucked up and a heat shield was put over them. Also, this exhaust is awesome! I haven't been able to drive the car yet, but it tucks up great! It sounds awesome too! I'd compare it to true duals. And it's one piece and one person can slide it on and off.

Tanks for the pics. i think the speed engineering headers had the same problem. Not too bad if everything else fits though.
