Default How much is an OEM LT1 SS Spoiler Worth?

I just bought one of ebay and I know its kind of after the fact now but I was wondering what the market value of OEM LT1 SS Spoilers....just throw out numbers for ones friends or people you have seen paid for it.

I personally dumped $400 Shipped which I thought was high but it came of a Bright Red car and will be going on a Bright Red car so I will not have to pay for paint for the time being.

Sounds like you got a deal considering how rare the LT1 SS wings are..

From all I've seen lt1 ss spoilers only go for as much as the ls ones which all go for around 500. since you don't have to paint it youll probably make out cheaper than most people.

I paid $225 for mine but I had to drive to Delaware to get it. Was red and some of the paint was starting to bubble.

Huh.....consensus seems to tell me I over payed for it unless there has been some inflation over the years....oh well it's done and over with now as I will prob never have to sell it

Although seeing some ppl say they got it in that 200 to 300 range makes me kind of wish I held out

Unfortunately, that seems to be the current trend of pricing for LT1 cars. I bought a spoiler from SLP when they were clearing out their old stock. Originally, I believe, the catalog price was $300 but they clearance-priced them for $200, including shipping. This one has never been painted. Packaging and shipping would be a challenge.

You pay extra for convenience with eBay. It took months to hunt one down for a decent price and when it popped up on CL I jumped on it.

Also this one just sold on this site for $215..........

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...s-spoiler.html

Interesting to note that I spent 6+ Months looking and within the scope of the week that I bought mine (2) others came up for almost half what I paid.

My ballpark understanding is that market value for these is between $200-$300 (some w/ shipping some without) hopefully this will help someone looking in the future.

Although I would assume to get it sprayed it would cost between $100-$150 so as long as the one I bought comes back in decent shape I would say I didn't over pay to much.

Although the one on C/L would have been a better buy as the clear on my car is peeling as well so I could have just bolted it and ran until I get the whole car painted.

I have an ls1 style ss spoiler that is black I'm wanting to sell. I'd have to check around how much shipping is though.

I called earlier this week and the guy I talked with said it was gone although I would question his aptitude as he seemed somewhat confused throughout the whole conversation.

If you look in the classified section there is one for a decent price.
