Default Lt1 to ls carburated swap

Hey guys I have a 95 transam automatic and I am planning to swap from the lt1 to a 5.3 ls motor but carburated I was wondering what parts will I need to take on this projext and what do I need to do thanks

I don't understand the point of going LS only to carb it...seems backwards to me. Plus they don't exactly fit well under the 4th gen cowl.

Not to mention you are in CA so I suppose you have that whole making it legal thing afterwards...

The car is factory EFI and a plug n play LS Harness can be made for it..can't get any easier than that..and you wand to put a carb on it??

I was looking at what would be cheaper also smog is not a problem the car has out of state tags
