first one linked gets rid of your emmision equipment (air/egr) second one keeps them. if you end up going with pacesetters, i would suggest getting a different set of header gaskets. i just had to replace the ones that come with the headers after 700 mi of use because they cracked and started leaking, same thing happened with my truck

Do you need to pass a legit inspection or is a non issue?

if non issue, get the !AIR/EGR ones and tune em out.

Otherwise, gamble.

yes, go with ceramic coating. you will have to have that stuff tuned out and will also have to get the y-pipe as well to go with those headers.

i have the ceramic coated pacesetters with the offroad y-pipe, no emissions. i got everything from summit racing. they are a good budget longtube that fits pretty good, but if i were to do it again and had the extra cash i would go with stainless longtubes like LPP or similar

couldnt tell ya hp/tq gain as i put them on with my new motor, but with a nice free flowing cat-back exhaust, CAI, and tune, you could see a 10-20hp jump. i went with percy's multi layer gaskets, have had them on my truck for a little over a year without issues so i threw them on my car last week and no leaks so far.

Then that's fine, just be sure to have good clearance between the primaries and wires so they don't burn.
