Default Loading lt1 rear end

When tightening lca's, panhardbar, relo brackets i understand that the rear end has to be loaded? Would having the front tires and rear tires on ramps at the same height so i can get under the car to torque the bolts be adequate?

If the driver was siting in the drivers seat when the bolts get torqued wouldnt that be an even more accurate suspension load?
