You want the fans to come on earlier? That's done in a tune.

160 stat is on summit, JEGs, rockauto, autozone, etc.

*edit* just saw you are in Kuwait, that might make it more difficult, but you can try getting an ALDL cable and have someone email you a modified tune for the fans and you download it yourself, or you can download the software and modify it yourself.

SLP makes a switch that will allow you to turn the high and low fans on manually. Just another option.

What are the temps like where you are?

In a very high natural ambient temperature I would be most concerned with oil temperature, making sure I had it around 206*F minimum before I started to run my engine hard, but keeping it from going much higher than 220*F, preferably around 212*F most of the time. I will also wrap and/or coat every piece of exhaust, the primary goal is to limit temperature rise in the exhaust from affecting under hood temperature. The situation also calls for water/methanol or if possible E85 as a fuel source for best result. Coolant temp can be 165-212*F, colder is not necessarily better, but mainly I would be concerned with the oil temperature. Some engines will even prefer higher coolant temps such as 223*F.

You can make your own manual fan switch pretty easily if you can solder.
