Default Climate Control Question (Wiring)

So i have ran into a little project that has turned out to be a big pain in the ***. I received a 1993 Trans Am Roller. It was completely gutted for a race car setup. I have decieded to go carb as the car had no computer in it or wiring. I got the motor in trans setup wiring etc...... The only thing that doesnt have power is my HVAC system more importantly the blower motor and ac switches. If i give it power i can get it to run on High without a issue but it wont change speeds 1-3. Any suggestions ?

There is a blower resistor in the circuit that allows you to have the lower speeds. It's supposed to be on the HVAC housing forward and to the left of where the temperature control cable attaches.
