Has anyone heard this before? Did the cc503 cam swap, car ran fine and we shut it off to re adjust valves and tried to fire it back up. The air pump didnt kick on and the fuel pump primes. Fuses and relays are good. The abs valve makes a grinding noise when the key is on. Car turns over but won't crank. Anybody has any thought or input? Any help would be appreciated

I would lean towards rockers adjusted too tight since that was the only change

Would the air pump not kicking on have anything to do with it? It would kick on when key is on. I don't know much on these lt1 motors. The push rods did have a little lash in them but they weren't loose

Air injection primary purpose is to warm up the cats. It shouldn't effect start up. Myltwon is saying the valves are over tighten as in the valves won't close and you have no compression.

Got to work on it a little bit last night. We loosened the valves a half turn. Still no fire hooked up fuel pressure gauge. On the prime 50 pounds of fuel pressure then bleeds down to 0 In 5 seconds. Also took a test light to the yellow wire on the crank shaft position sensor and it was showing no continuity when trying to crank

I fully believe your problem is electrical. It's quite possible you need to get some schematics and start chasing wires. Start with why your ABS is engaging when the key is turned. Perhaps there are some wires that got too close to the exhaust manifolds/primaries? Do a visual all around the engine first.
