Exclamation Need help 1996 camaro lt1 cranks but won't start!

I just got done putting a new coolant sensor, and cleaned the throttle body of my LT1 Camaro (1996) and when it started, it ignited pefectly. But after about 5 mins of idle, it just cut off, no slow death or anything like that, just died. I checked for spark, air and fuel and I got it all, but when I try to crank it, it will rotate but not start. When I let go of the key it acts like it's bout to start but dies. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I checked spark at the plug itself. I took the plug out and a buddy of mine cranked the engine and I checked for the spark. I used a stethoscope to hear the clicking in the injectors and the strong smell of fuel when I took out the plugs was another indicator of. And me possibly flooding the engine while trying to figure this issue out

That's not the opti. The cap and rotor? yes. Hope you didn't throw the old one away. Especially if it was OEM. The Mitsubishi sensors are the bees knees and need to be collected and kept.
