Default Starter issue after conversion

So I just finished up my cam swap and my t56 swap. And now I'm having issues with the starter agian. It's to close to the flywheel and won't allow the bendix to even engage. So I shimmed it out and it's getting closer but I'm at about 4mm now and that seems like alot so I don't wanna keep going but I'm kinda at a loss here. I have a 1/16, a 1/32, a 1/32 and a 1mm shim in it now. If my math is right I'm a little over 4mm. With my auto i just had 2 1/32 shims.

Any ideas?

What flywheel did you use for the swap?
