Nice man. Ya I'll have some fun with the 6 speed for a bit before swapping to auto. Can't go wrong with a big stall and trans brake.

Yes I'm debating converting it to an auto or just buy a purpose built drag car (mine is more of a "do everything" type of set up). If you don't mind me asking, how much should I budget for a trans set up similar to yours?

Nice setup.. I wish I hadn't sold my LT4 intake.. I plan on doing a stroker real soon..

Thanks. I wish I got a stock lt4 intake but it's ok I'll convert to a single plane with the 24x ls conversion.

My trans and converter was $2800. Trans shield was another $300. Installation was another $500. Budget $4000+ for the swap.

Thanks guys i appreciate it. It's always a good feeling when a new build starts on the first try. It's been a long 3 years of collecting parts and getting things done right but worth if after hearing it come to life. More to come
