Default Pulling Heads Off

Can you pull heads off with manifolds still attached to the heads ? Dont feel like trying to get the rusted manifold bolts out.

I don't remember if one of them has to go out the bottom. I guess it depends on the year. My '96 drivers side I believe I had to take out from the bottom because of the huge flange.

Yeah mine is a 96. If the passenger side would come out with the head that would be great. The driverside manifold bolts are easier to get to and take off.

some of the head bolts are under the manifold (sbc-lt1), you have to remove them
