E85 tune on lt1

Anyone know a good shop around Dallas/fort worth to tune my 94 Camaro z28 to run e85? And also a good shop to install a 150 shot of nitrous ?

I recently found some E85 around my area and was thinking the same thing.. Wondering how much power it can add?, Is it safe?, etc..
