Default LT1 BAD misfire and p0300

So I bought a 1997 Z28 with a no spark situation
and I ordered a new Opti, installed it and if course it
still did not start, turns out it was the icm.
Test started with new icm and opti and it ran fine.
Since the radiator and water pump was still off the car I
only ran it for about 15 secs, was real smooth and nice.
After installing evertyhing else I started it to bleed out any
air and it ran like CRAP, low idle black smoke and def NOT an all cyls
every 10-15 secs or so it blips the throttle on its own...
Also every time I start it seems fine the first second or two,
goes up to about 1600rpms then like a hitting a switch
the idle goes down to 500rpm and running pig rich...
Is my new opti toast? Ive checked FPR for leaks, checked firing order,
cleaned TB and idle control, still the same.
Any input is appreciated

Do the problems start once it enters closed loop?

Mass air or a really bad 02 sensor.

Check this out and tell me if it looks familiar. This was two completely shot upstream 02 sensors.

it happens right from a cold start, it runs so bad that I really dont want to try to get it warm. that trans am runs waaaay. better.
im talking like its running on maybe 4-5 cyls.
checked 4 plugs so far and 2 was full of fuel.
mu coil to opti spark wire had damage on the boot so I have ordered a new set...
But I really think my opti is toast...😡😡😡

Any backfiring? Are you sure all plug wires are connected to their correct terminals and plugs?

no backfiring yet, but im pretty sure
if I would try to rev it hard it would
backfire through the tb.
ive checked and triple checked firing order,
everything is ok. Messured my coil to
opti wire and it showed 0.56 on 20k scale.
way low but I dont think that is the cause.

Check your fuel pressure regulator, pull the vacuum line off and see if it smells like fuel, if so, its bad

those wires on the DS head where ICM/Coil is need to be checked for good ground connection....and if you didn't put heat sink paste on the back of the new ICM....you should.
