He was/ is an engineer at Chevy.... He is a super awesome Guy he and John Moss are the best guys in the Chevy world. Back in 92 they got together and built the ultimate 92 rs heritage with an all GM Lt1 ZF6 speed and the dana44 rear end....the article was was called all dressed up and no place to go! To bad that car did not make production.... I have spoken to Mark on many occasions in the past, he is EXTREMELY helpful aswell as knowledgeable.....

Well to be honest you should be, he was one of the VERY first to tune an Lt1 plus being a GM engineer kinda pulls a good amount of weight.

Can't beat a qualified tuner - Jim Smith tuned my car, a GM engineer from the 80s who specializes in speed density tunes. He told me all sorts of cool stories, and actually designed the MPFI system used in the late 80s f-bodies.

Awesome guy but that was like 3 years ago and he already wasn't exactly a spring chicken(lol) so no clue if he still does any tuning.

Its a real treat to talk with an experienced car guy who actually had a hand in our cars - enjoy it!

I knew the man quite well. He was the West Coast Technical Liaison for the Chevy Race Shop and we works on a few projects together. Really good guy.
