Opti goes to driver's side small intake bung.
HVAC from the harness and the Fuel pressure regulator go to the small bungs on the passenger side.
Brake booster to large bung on driver's side. EGR/AIR can go to any open bung on driver's side. My car didnt have vac lines for them, but some later cars have vacuum T fittings for them.

don't forget the small vac line from the fuel press regulator back of intake that goes around to the pass side of the intake, it's like an 1/8" line.
And here's a good page from Shoebox with lots of pics/how-to's/etc.
